9-15-2008 Blarg: This concludes Scout's Sci-fi adventure. For now at least. Like most things Sci-fi I have a pre-qual, a tv show, and an action figure line planned.

We saw Vampire Weekend in Louisville, KY last week. They only have one album that is thirty minutes or so, and they played two new songs with very little banter between songs. Yeah, it was kind of a short show, but they were good so I can't complain.
The new Coen Brother's movie, Burn After Reading, is quite excellent. Most of their movies I really like the first half but find the second half a little meandering. I'm happy to report this one is good all the way through.
