9-29-2008 Blarg: So it looks like the 700 billion dollar bail out is going to get approved. I saw one of the senators comment this isn't a bail out but an investment because the 700 billion purchases assets that will grow and pay the government back. It made me think of the scene from Dumb and Dumber where the villains open up the briefcase to find I.O.U.s, and Lloyd states, "That's as good as money. Those are I.O.U.'s."
